3. Delivery Time

Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 4-7 business days.

Peak Seasons: During festivals and peak seasons such as Indian Government Holidays, Tamil Nadu Government Holidays, and the Hindu Calendar Occasional days delivery may take longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or post 5:00 pm will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress.
5. Delivery Process

Delivery Attempts: Our delivery partner will make up to three attempts to deliver the order. If the delivery fails after three attempts, the order will be returned to us, and a reshipment fee may apply.

We do not offer any courier services on Sundays or any Government Holidays.
