Refund Policy
This website is operated by Sree Gupta Bhavan a trademark by Sree Gupta Bhavan Pvt Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Sree Gupta Bhavan.

Cancellations
Cancellation requests will be considered only if made within 8 hours of placing the order. Sree Gupta Bhavan will decide on the cancellation based on the current order status and other relevant factors. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible. Sree Gupta Bhavan will not be liable for any delay in delivery after the order has been shipped.
Replacement
Replacement requests must be made to Sree Gupta Bhavan Customer Service within 12 hours of receiving the delivery. The company will accept the replacement for the possible reasons for replacement including receiving an incorrect item or a product that has expired only. Customers are requested to provide adequate information, including photographs and making a video while opening the package, and the packing cover to assist Sree Gupta Bhavan in making a decision.
Product Replacements
For product replacements, a new packet of the same product will be shipped. If the same product is unavailable, an equivalent product will be shipped after getting confirmation mail/call from the customer.
Refunds
Given the perishable nature of our products, Sree Gupta Bhavan does not have a standard refund policy. However, in exceptional cases, the decision to issue a refund will be at the sole discretion of the Company. Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as disliking the taste or perceiving the product as substandard, as long as the product is within its expiry date. If a refund is granted, it will be credited to your account in 7-10 business days.
